How can I return a product that I purchased?
At Fitness Factory Outlet we want to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase as well as the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange (Books, DVD's, CD's and Software are excluded). Please keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location which includes our freight costs for shipping an item TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping". Free shipping only means that we paid for the shipping to get the item to you, the shipping is not actually free. In the case of a returned item, this fee (originally paid by us) will be your responsibility and deducted from the customer refund after any and all other deductions.
Please note that all returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. if an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal. Some returns may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
